In Metaponto there are fantastic beaches and authentic art treasures. In the immediate nearness, in fact, the Tavole Palatine and the Archaeological Park are worth visiting.

In the neighbouring Policoro it is possible to see the National Museum of Siritide.

Finally, it would be nice to advance towards the inside, until Tursi, for a visit to the splendid Sanctuary of Anglona, situated on a height that offers a magnificent panorama to the visitor.
